1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3Eligibility

5. Self-exclusion status: You must not have an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on your rz777 Account or on any third-party responsible gaming register that rz777 participates in.

4Account Registration

To access the full range of rz777 Services, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one rz777 Account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, addresses, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited. rz777 may consolidate duplicate accounts or close all but one, with any associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. rz777 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect Account details provided by a Player.

• Notification of breach: You must notify rz777 immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Account non-transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• KYC compliance: rz777 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any point during your Account's lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to regulatory requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

rz777 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrency wallets, subject to availability.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your rz777 Account and that was used (or is associated with the method used) to make a prior deposit.

• rz777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where the withdrawal is subject to an active responsible gaming limit, investigation, or dispute.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence with respect to that specific offer.

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's details page.
• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. rz777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting bonus availability to players from specific regions or payment methods.
• Single bonus per promotion: Unless expressly stated, each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins expire if not used or wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the Wallet without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: rz777 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation. rz777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Withdrawal order: Where a Wallet contains both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds will generally be used for wagering first, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the rz777 Platform, including casino games, sportsbook, live dealer, Arcade, and Fortune Bingo:

• Bet acceptance: rz777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where in-play betting is not offered), bets placed on clearly incorrect odds, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in odds or game parameters — including software malfunction, data feed error, or human error — rz777 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Wallet. rz777 will not be liable for any loss claimed on the basis of a palpable error.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rz777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with rz777.
• Opening or operating more than one rz777 Account, or facilitating another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the rz777 Platform or Wallet.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to rz777 immediately via [email protected] and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using VPN services, proxies, or similar tools to misrepresent your geographical location for the purpose of circumventing regional restrictions.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing rz777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming

rz777 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Self-assessment: Players are encouraged to regularly self-assess their gambling behaviour. rz777 provides access to responsible gaming resources within the Player's Account settings.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of no less than 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without rz777's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on or within the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of rz777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rz777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the rz777 Platform or Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, rz777 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any Service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from a palpable error in odds or game parameters, subject to rz777's right to void affected bets as described in Section 7.
• Any indirect loss suffered by a Player as a result of actions taken by rz777 in good faith in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or withdrawal delays pending KYC review.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rz777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• By you: You may close your rz777 Account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Wallet (after deduction of any amounts subject to wagering requirements or investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
• By rz777: rz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where rz777 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or its other Players.

Upon termination by rz777 for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that remain in your Wallet at the time of closure may be forfeited. Real-money deposits will be returned, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to rz777 and any requirements of an ongoing investigation.

Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms & Conditions shall survive termination of your Account.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rz777 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and rz777, the following process applies:

1. Informal resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting rz777 customer support via Live Chat or at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. rz777 will endeavour to respond within five (5) business days.
